Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order. You will receive an email confirmation upon purchase and another email notification when your order has shipped. 

Custom Orders

For custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks to complete once your design has been confirmed. You will receive an email upon purchase and a 2nd email within 24 hours after purchase to establish a design plan for your custom purchase. Procedure varies depending on product. Most consultations occur via text or email with custom design ideas inspired by your specific color and design direction shown to you in photos. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $9 flat rate shipping on all orders within the US. We prefer to use UPS for all shipments. Please let us know if you prefer another carrier, we can accommodate your request. 

In-store pickup

If you live in the Gig Harbor area, you can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Harbor Nest in Gig Harbor. Use free shipping code GHLOCAL at checkout.  Your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 24 hours. We will send an email confirmation once it is at Harbor Nest. Please pickup at within 5 days. Harbor Nest is open 7 days a week, check store website for current hours of operation. The GHLOCAL code will not work if you are using the email signup promotion. Please proceed to check out and I will refund you your shipping costs. Please just send me an email letting me know you want to do local pickup. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@kspek.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
