Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We ARE accepting returns! We don’t want anyone to be unhappy with their purchase, so we allow returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You’ll just be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. As a small business (most of the time a one-woman show!), we kindly ask that you be mindful when purchasing. Due to the limited nature of our products, we cannot accommodate customers buying multiple items to try on and return what they don’t want. This isn’t Amazon—this is slow fashion. Please be considerate of the impact returns have on our business.

We also accept exchanges or can issue Kspek store credit if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason. Items must still be unused and in original condition, and you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

For exchanges, we’ll send you a prepaid return label. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at sales@kspek.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis and will always try our best to make it right.
